In addition to the beautiful scenery around the river Dart, Totnes is a lovely place to go shopping as it’s full of unique, independent traders. Saturday is a good day to visit as it’s market day. Torquay to Brixham Ferry. Boat trips from Torquay. Fishing trips, ferry services, river cruises, day cruises, night cruises and excursions.

The Torquay to Brixham ferry service is the best way to get to Brixham. Brixham is one of the UK’s largest fish ports and is also one of Torbay’s most popular local attractions.

The ‘Western Lady’, operates from the North Quay on Torquay harbourside.

We often catch the ferry to Brixham, for us, it still feels like going on holiday, and it’s a fun way to travel. We sometimes eat fish and chips and go for a pint in one of the numerous inns. We also have lunch at Brixham Yacht Club, which I think has the best views in the town.

If you’re looking for information on ‘beaches in Brixham‘ please follow the link to Treacle Valley campsites Beaches Page.
